Our goal was to explore the Flagstaff area for a potential vacation home. Bob's knowledge of the area, professionalism, communication skills and responsiveness were key in making the best use of our time. Prior to our meeting Bob we discussed the kind of property we wanted. Bob listened and proposed a number of potential properties and areas that best met our priorities. Bob took us to look at specific properties but just as important he gave us a tour of areas and neighborhoods in and around Flagstaff. His knowledge and commentary was very informative. Although we did not find a suitable property this trip we now thanks to Bob's expertise better understand the Flagstaff real estate market for the future.

My wife and I are both very happy with the service we received from Bob. On top of the professional strengths Bob was also friendly very likable and kind. He made what was already a tough situation for us a little easier and less stressful. I feel he truly understands what is important for you as a client as well as a human being. He reached out to sellers on our behalf as well as did all of the communicating negotiating and at times arm twisting for us. Bob is incredibly honest and straightforward sometimes brutally so but always with your best interest in mind. Bob also acted as a filter. For us to the sellers as well as maybe most importantly the sellers to us. We didnt have to listen to their excuses or sob stories. Bob shouldered all of that for us. Bob also never tried to up sell us on houses out of our price range. He knew what we were looking for and stuck to it. Bob also had no problem pointing out possible issues with homes or the owners that might have been detrimental to us. This gave us the sense that he really was looking out for us and cared not just trying to get paid. Not once did we ever feel like we were getting taken advantage of. Not once did a missed call go unreturned. Always within the hour it was placed. He always answers and or calls back. Whether its to answer questions or simply calm the nerves he was always there. Bobs patience and understanding is truly admirable. We plan to keep Bobs info and when the day comes for us to sell or buy again his number will be the first I call.
